Description  more details

General Electric made quite a few of these handsome waffle irons in the 1930's and 1940's until the war. Very handsome design and heat indicators on each lid handle. Fairly simple design but rugged.  Model 119W8. Perfect size for toaster waffles.

Brown "Texolite" handles. Sort of an arrow/floral design on the lid.

The heat indicator shows "Bake" at 400 degrees.  It will continue to heat with nothing in the irons but if you are cooking it will stay at the right temperature. .

New 30 inch cord set. rewired, cleaned and ready. 660 watts, 120 VAC.

General Electric, Bridgeport Conn, Ontario, Calif.

Plates (Irons): Uncoated Plates
Thermostats: No Thermostat
Cord: Separate cord
