1937 and Manning Bowman in Meridan Connecticut was making heavy duty well made appliances which also had very nice styling. This pot is one of them. It has a couple issues that do not affect its usefulness or function. The glass is marred (see picture) and the stem got corroded a bit too much. Neither affects its looks or use. It is perfect for looks and function. It does not have a thermostat so you unplug it when you want to stop the percolation.  The handle is walnut and the design they used for the pot combined with the handle make this an ideal example of the art deco of the period.

350 watts, comes with new cord and all instructions to keep it in good shape and make good coffee.

11 1/2 inches tall, 9 1/2 inches spout to handle and 5 1/4 inches diameter at widest point. Chromed copper construction, and aluminum stem, basket and spreader.

Interior Body Material: Chromed Copper
Type: Electric non automatic
Basket Material: Aluminum
Other Contact Materials: glass (Marred)
