Description  more details

Pretty old and came to me much more beat up than it looks now, but it was used a lot you can tell. Had a lot of R&R on this one. Nickel plating is worn all over it and you can see where the metal shows. Its just so cool. I got the plates completely cleaned and you will just need to season them. It works really great. You pour the waffle and just lift the handle to close it, then pull the handle to open it! Makes a pretty triangular and square waffle. One pour is two waffles.
They built this in Mansfield Ohio and it was one of the first electric appliances built at their new Mansfield factory. The legs are removable for cleaning. It has a detached cord and I will provide a new cord. The first one they made, Type A, had an attached cord. The heaters are Nichrome encased in metal with Mica. They work very well and the unit makes a pretty good waffle.

Its been cleaned, re-wired and tested. Ready to make waffles or collect. A fine relic from the past that works well.
