Completely restored. A beautiful 1930's percolator all copper chrome plated urn, model #40. Gleaming chrome on copper with nickel plating interior. It holds up to 50 ounces (8 cups) of water.
Completely refurbished and ready to make perfect coffee and serve it from a wonderfully crafted urn. It will keep the coffee at serving temperature for 20 minutes after perking is done. It will perk 3 to 8 cups for a small party or family get together. The pour spout is 3" above the table top and pours very nicely with a simple twist of the Bakelite handle. The urn handles are styled and easy to carry. A period 6 foot cord set allows you to plug it in from a table.
The servers are stainless steel and in excellent condition. They completely match the urn style (plain) though they were made in the early 50's.
Great addition for parties and so much nicer looking than the usual utilitarian looking party urns. The coffee is great too! It is a slower perk and makes great coffee. 17 minutes to perk a full pot to 195 degrees F (the perfect temp) but you can cut it of any time, just unplug the cord. I will send instruction and a temperature/time guide with the unit. 15 1/2 inches tall, 9 inches handle to handle and 6 inch diameter at widest. The base flares to 4 3/4 inches with solid wooden feet. The glass is beautiful molded flint glass with facets and a newel knob. 550 watts (4.7 amps) on 115 VAC.

Is it safe?
It will be as safe or safer than the original manufacturer when it was made. Many times it is safer since I remove and replace asbestos wiring and unsafe cords. Note: There are some items I no longer refurbish because they cannot be made safe. I check every item for stray voltage and many times it is too high so that unit is scrapped.
What does Restored and Rebuilt Mean?
It means its been re-wired with modern high heat resistant wire, thermostats re-set, gunk, grease, stains have been removed. Restored to original factory specifications. Cords and wiring safe. All components checked for safety. Everything back to very good to mint condition nothing less.
